Do you document your wins?

"Do you document your wins?"
This was the question I asked today on the MC instagram

Specially these days, when we all are being vulnerable to a virus that has halted the world in its tracks. Our wins, no matter how big or small, are our moments we feel good, positive or proud about ourselves. Whether it's a fleeting moment or a life changing one - a win is a win.

That winning moment will look different for everyone. Perhaps it's the moment you finally start to move your body more, or when you made your first sale. That day you finally found a sitter for the kids, or when you were talking on camera on social media. It could be sending out that difficult email, or taking better care of your mental health by saying No more than Yes.

Maybe your win is standing in line at the postoffice - arms filled with orders you made. Or is your win making it through the day, without feeling drained or overwhelmed?

A win is a win.

But it's worth noticing your wins as positive energy & capture it - for yourself.

For me, seeing my tired early morning face in this picture, that was a win for me. I was studying a business course with @tonyrobbins@deangraziosi & @jennakutcher - I was tired, in a new country, wanting to start a new business and community, but what I didn't know when I took that selfie - is that a few weeks later I would start the MC Meetups.

I'm glad I documented my tiredness. Now it's a good reminder for myself to not give up in this season of living through a pandemic. Learning and growing while helping others in their journey, it's my win.

I hope you document your wins & you will look back in a few months time, to see how far you've come.

A win is a win.

Keep going.
